Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Initiate and manage relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet or exceed sales goals.
Product Knowledge: Understand and communicate the benefits of the company’s products or services to potential customers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales contracts.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Education: Matric, social marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
Location: Reitfontein (Sefithlogo Village) candidate will be advantageous.
